We’ve launched another press campaign this week to highlight the need for owners of vehicles affected by the “dieselgate” scandal who have yet to sign up to our group to start their claim as soon as possible.

The next hearing is set for the end of March 2018 and we expect the court will put a cut-off date for people to join the action at some point in the future, which is common in consumer action cases of this nature. For anyone who wants to claim but has yet to get the ball rolling with us, we’re urging you to sign up NOW before it’s too late.

We expect the court will impose a cut-off for people to join the action, and we will then pursue VW through the courts. VW should do the honourable thing and pay compensation as soon as possible, but if they don’t, we’ll fight them all the way.
